Kalev Saare

Introduction
Kalev Saare has over 20 years of experience as a university lecturer and practicing attorney-at-law, and served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Estonia for over six years.
Prof. Saare obtained his doctoral degree (Dr. iur.) from the University of Tartu in 2004 and completed two academic semesters at the University of Konstanz in Germany.
He has published research articles on corporate law, the general part of civil law, and the law of obligations, and has served as a principal investigator in several major research projects (including the Estonian Corporate Law Revision Project, 2014–2021). Additionally, he has co-authored legal commentaries (General Part of the Civil Code Act, Law of Obligations Act) and textbooks on corporate law and civil law.
