Kati Keel

I currently work at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications as Head of Economic Growth Policy, focusing on strategic issues related to Estonia’s economic growth, competitiveness, and economic policy. Previously, I gained several years of diplomatic experience in Brussels. I hold a PhD from TalTech, where my research focused on the impact of EU economic and fiscal policy reforms on national budgetary processes.
