Polina Toropova

My career has developed at the intersection of European innovation, project management, digital transformation, sustainability, and partnership development.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and Sciences Po Lille, a Master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability from Edinburgh Napier University. I am a PMP certified project management professional since 2022.

Over the past decade, I have worked with research organisations, public institutions, technology companies, and international consortia. My experience includes managing EU-funded innovation projects, building international partnerships, improving organisational processes, supporting digital transformation, and teaching sustainable project management.

I am now pleased to bring this experience to Tallinn University as R&D Projects Advisor, where I support researchers in developing strong proposals and securing funding for impactful projects.
