Indeed, learning at school alone is not enough to discover one's talents. In different situations, our various interests, abilities, and strengths come to light. Formal, or school, learning gives learning systemism and goals. Non-formal learning, such as hobby education, training, or youth work, allows learning flexibly and in different environments. Informal learning, however, takes place in everyday life around us, at work, and when communicating with other people, often unnoticed by ourselves.

So learn in different ways, reflect on your learning experiences, and apply them in new situations – that is precisely how your talents become visible, develop versatility, and find use in various areas of life. Remember, Estonia is small, so every talent counts!
