Who can apply?
Trainees must be from COST Member countries. Trainees must be engaged in an official research programme as a PhD Student or postdoctoral fellow or can be employed by, or affiliated to an higher education or research institution, organisation or legal entity.

Amount of grant
The Trainee Grant is a contribution to the travel, accommodation and meal expenses of the Grantee. Different Grants amount can be attributed to each trainee.
The amount afforded to each eligible trainee must respect the following considerations:
- The total Grant awarded to each eligible trainee cannot exceed EUR 1500.
- The amount allocated for accommodation and meal expenses cannot exceed EUR 160 per day.

How to apply?
Interested applicants have to compelete CV and Motivation letter highlighting the link between her/his own career and  theme of the training school. Applications must be sent to the YOUNG-IN Grant Manager Tõnu Idnurm idnurm@tlu.ee by 04.March 2019.

The applications are evaluated according to the relevance of apllicant's research profile and interests to the theme of Training school. Decisions are anounced by 06. March 2019.
Grants are processed only after the Training School has taken place.
