This year’s focus is on healthy lifestyles, a sense of security, and mutual support. Mental Health Month brings together contributions from within the university – including lecturers, student councils, and clubs – as well as guest speakers from outside the university. This ensures that everyone can find something meaningful to listen to and experience.
