Fourth TLU podcast is out - Green Month Special Episode

The new episode is called 'Why Bees Matter', and the guest is Dr. Liisa Puusepp from the TLU Institute of Ecology. This episode is a contribution to TLU's Green Month initiative.

Bees

They talk about how bees make your breakfast, pollination corridors, and why she has 100 000 bees on the roof of TLU.

„To describe the importance of bees, I normally start with the story about breakfast. If you think about breakfast, what did you have for today, “Yogurt, Strawberries, Porridge, Cranberries, Banana and coffee with milk”. If You think about all these small elements that you had for breakfast, all these small elements were on your table, thanks for Bees. Because Bees are the most important pollinators among insects," Puusepp adds.
