Kirke Kasari

My research focuses on digital innovation at the whole-school level and on what helps it truly take root. I am interested in how schools can bring about change that does not rest on the shoulders of a single enthusiastic teacher and that lasts beyond the end of a project or programme.
I examine digital transformation in schools across three interrelated levels, namely the school as an organisation, school leadership, and teachers' work. I work closely with schools to develop a framework that aims to support the sustainable implementation of digital initiatives and to help design future programmes more thoughtfully.
