Abstract
The talk explores urban cycling from four perspectives: policy and planning, accessibility and equity, user behaviour and route choice, and readiness for modal shift.
It is based on multi-method research conducted at the Mobility Lab, University of Tartu, including collaborations across Nordic cities. The presentation demonstrates how high-quality cycling data helps to understand behavioural choices across space, time, and user groups, and informs urban and transport planning.
