BFM as a partner in the new Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation action QUEST

QUEST aims at improving the communication of science through a three-strand approach that investigates three modes of communication: journalism, social media and museums. It will achieve this aim starting by studying science communication today, developing tools and methodologies to assess the quality of science communication through these means, and proposing and experimenting innovative practices to face the challenges. QUEST will work to create capacity and incentives in journalists, scientists and other R&I stakeholders to communicate science to citizens in an effective way.

BFM leads the Work Package that deals with measuring and assessing science communication quality. The project is coordinated by Venice International University and starts in February 2019.
