Summer Concert by Tallinn University Symphony Orcestra's musicians

The Wind Ensemble of Tallinn University Symphony Orchestra was specially formed for Charente-Maritime festival of wind instrument players of the Tallinn University Symphony Orchestra and they perform in different groups as duo, trio, quartet and sextet. The musicians have studied in different music schools in Estonia and some of them in Georg Ots Tallinn Music College.

The Tallinn University Symphony Orchestra was formed in September 2013 on the initiative of the Estonian Symphony Orchestras Association, and includes over 50 students, alumni and staff members. The conductors of the orchestra are Martin Sildos and Jüri-Ruut Kangur. 

During it’s 5 years existance the orchestra has given a lot of concerts with various programs of classical music, film music, Estonian music, vocal-symphonic works etc, has collaborated with many choirs, orchestras and soloists and has performed also in Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Finland, The Netherlands and

Belgium. There are also smaller groups like string quartets and wind ensembles in orchestra, whose have given concerts in schools around Estonia and at university events.
