Participants will introduce and continue working on an already existing research in the field. Students who plan on continuing with PhD studies can further develop their ideas, learn from colleagues and already prepare for a more thorough research.

Data collection and preparation for following topics during spring time (February–April):
- Teacher leadership interviews
- Principals' interviews – Learning and teaching cultures, leaders empowerment behavior, creating conditions for teacher leadership, etc.
- Evidence-based school development (school–university partnership)
