Within the project the collaborating partners will develop, test, evaluate and implement a flexible post-initial module at the master's level that supports the development of leadership and agency of both teachers and school leaders; which fits within existing post-initial CPD programs at master's level within the participating countries.
Testing and evaluating the joint module will be done by pilots within the existing master's level CPD programs of the three higher education institutes. Through pilots with mixed international groups, the first design of the joint module will be adapted in three phases, based on experiences and evaluations from participants from different countries and cultures.
