On October 30, at 18.00 in the Atrium of Tallinn University (Uus-Sadama 5,
3-rd floor) begins the opening of photo-exhibition "Bemposta on the road".
Exhibition is opened by the Ambassador of Portugal to Estonia H.E. Mrs. Ana
Paula Zacarias and the director of the Insitute of Humanities at TU, Prof.
Hannes Palang.

Bemposta on the road" is a a photo exhibition (32 photos, size 30x20 cm) of
the village of Bemposta do Campo in Northeastern Portugal that aims at
shedding light on the daily life of the people of this small village, as
well as its landscape and cultural heritage in general. It many different
ways, "Bemposta on the road" contributes for thinking and reflecting about
Europe and European culture away from urban landscapes and industrial
settings. The exhibition has been in display at the Harrow Museum in London
from March to May, and will move to Helsinki University in September.

Starting from 01.11. to 31.12 the exhibition will be displayed in the
atrium of U-building.
