Venia Legendi CEITER: Tobias Ley

Tallinn University will hold venia legendi lectures for the position of Professor of Educational Innovation and head of ERA Chair project CEITER.

Tobias Ley will hold a lecture called “Digital Technologies and Learning Analytics for Lifelong Learning and Educational Innovation”

Tobias Ley has a PhD in psychology and has worked as a Professor of digital ecosystems for five years. In addition, he leads the largest research project in the School of Digital Technologies – Learning Layers (learning-layers.eu). His own research focuses on cognitive psychology, knowledge management and semantic web technologies.
