World's Leading Curriculum Theorist Visits Tallinn University

Professor William Pinar, University of British Columbia (Canada)
is one of the world's leading curriculum theorists; he is
the author of many monographs and editor of a number of international
collections. Professor Pinar is well-known for his association with the
reconceptualist movement in curriculum theory, which aims at restructuring
curriculum within the framework of post-behavourism and
post-positivism.Professor Pinar is visiting Tallinn University on Monday,
August 22 and will deliver a seminar entitled "Allegories of the
Present: Curriculum Development in a Culture of Narcissism and
Presentism".The seminar will be held in Park Inn Central Hotel (Narva Rd
7c) on August 22 at 13:00.Everyone is welcome to attend the seminar.To
