XVII ICAZ Fish Remains Working Group Archaeozoology Conference

The XVII Conference of Fish Remains Working Group research group of the International Council for Archaeozoology starts on Monday, 16 September. The 35 registered participants represent 21 countries, which shows how rare this subject is in research. A tour to Muhumaa and Saaremaa follows the conference, where places significant in fishing history, archaeological remains and other sites of cultural heritage will be visited.
