I am enthusiastic about discoveries, changes, learning and living with integrity.

How has your professional journey led you to your current position?

After completing the Master’s degree programme in education back in Georgia, in my home country, I decided to pursue a second Master’s and I got enrolled at Educational Innovation and Leadership MA programme at Tallinn University (TLU). Studying in TLU gave me motivation, confidence and encouragement to work in the field of education. After graduating in 2021, I have been assisting in organising Summer and Winter Schools at TLU. I also have experience as a youth worker, researcher, project coordinator and other administrative positions at local and international organisations. And that all led me to my current position as the International Study Programme Coordinator.

The university offers the opportunity to stay updated about education and research, grow personally and meet experts from various fields.

What is your biggest achievement and / or biggest dream?

I think the biggest achievement is yet ahead. As for the biggest dream, I want to do purposeful work and be an authentic and professional education specialist. In my personal life, I wish for well-being for my loved ones.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy journaling and reading, learning Estonian, meeting, talking and playing games with friends, and going for walks in the beautiful parks of Tallinn.

Recommend us a book or a film that impacted you.

Last year, I watched the English film "All or Nothing" (directed by Mike Leigh). I can recommend it to anyone who loves to see realism, family portrait, sadness, rediscovery of love and hope in films.
