The idea for the project (Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme BIP*) came from the wish to update Tallinn University's orientation program for the international students.
During the week the participants had the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, cultural exchange; network; share experiences and gain new and valuable insight on how to organize Student Orientation Weeks better and more effectively; gain insight from experts in intercultural communication and adaptation support services.
It was a unique opportunity to learn from each other's successes and challenges, all while experiencing the magic of Tallinn's festive season.
“It was encouraging to see so many people being enthusiastic about their field of work, exchanging their experience and collaboratively creating new ideas - and all for the benefit of the students." says Tallinn University's Incoming Mobility Senior Specialist Ingrid Hinojosa.
