Physiology, healthy aging, swimming theory and didactics, and practice subject lecturer and lecturer of coach education. Defended his doctorate in exercise and sports sciences at the University of Tartu in 2016. Holds the swimming coach's level 5.
Main tasks
Conducting lectures, workshops and seminars.
Measuring body composition with the Seca device in the Performance Analysis Laboratory.
Supervision of bachelor's theses and master's theses.
Conducting lectures on physiology at the level training of general subjects of III-V coaches.
