Bachelor’s degree programmes
The access requirement to Bachelor's studies is secondary education or a corresponding qualification.
The following documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

Intermediate (Examination) Certificate / Higher Secondary (School/Examination) Certificate or a corresponding 10+2 certificate

Higher Secondary School transcript / marks certificate / statement of marks
Please note: At least 60% of maximum possible results is expected in order to qualify for studies at Tallinn University.
The university’s admissions specialists will inform applicants if any documents need to be sent by post. Please do not send any documents by post unless you have been personally asked to do so. If you have been asked to send your documents by post, please make sure that the copies of education documents have been attested by the Interboard Committee of Chairman (IBCC) or by a notary.
Master’s degree programmes
The access requirement to Master’s studies is a 4-year Bachelor’s degree*, a diploma of professional higher education or a corresponding qualification.
The following documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

* A 2-year Bachelor's degree does not grant access to Master's studies unless presented in conjunction with a 2-year Master's degree and the accompanying documents.
** If your studies include transferred credits from other institutions, transcripts from these must also be uploaded.
Please note: At least 60% of maximum possible results is expected in order to qualify for studies at Tallinn University.
After receiving conditional acceptance, the applicant’s official academic transcript must be sent to Tallinn University’s postal address by the institution that awarded the degree upon the request of the applicant. Academic transcripts sent by the applicant will not be accepted. The documents must also be verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Language requirements
All applicants are required to provide proof of their English proficiency. Acceptable English language tests and exempt categories can be seen here.
