Public Lecture by Marko Mihkelson

Marko Mihkelson, Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the Estonian
Parliament, will deliver a public lecture entitled "Small Estonia in a Big
World" on Thursday, November 29 at 16:00. The lecture, which will be
delivered in English, will be held in the resting area on the fourth floor
of Tallinn University Nova building (Narva 27) and is open to the public.Mr
Mihkelson will help you understand the position of Estonia in the world. He
will also give advice on how to cope in and with Estonia. Additionally,
some short films made by the students of Tallinn University Baltic Film and
