Changing the Tallinn University user account password

You can change your password at Passwd and log in with your username and existing password or with the Estonian ID card and PIN-1, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID and enter a new password. Restoring the old password is not possible.

Before logging into Google Workspace, you will have to wait for a systems synchronisation.

             System synchronisations happen at 11:00, 14:00, 17:00 and 02:00. 

Password requirements:

Password minimum length is 14 characters and maximum length 100 characters. The password must contain both numbers and letters (including at least one capital letter). The password should not contain the user´s name, part of the name, accented characters or symbols. The password should not be a dictionary word.

If the user does not have an Estonian ID card or mobile ID, the password can be changed in the office of the user account administrator (room M-211, from Monday to Friday at 10:00 - 12:00; 13:00 - 16:00, upon prior agreement).
