Merle Varik from the School of Governance, Law and Society will defend the doctoral thesis

On February 22, 2022 at 16 o'clock Merle Varik from the School of Governance, Law and Society will defend the doctoral thesis  "Empowering Informal Caregivers of People with Dementia Through Support Groups: A Participatory Action Research Study".

Public defence will take place in Tallinn University hall M648.

The defence can be followed also in Zoom.

Supervisors are Associate Profssor Marju Medar from Tallinn University and Associate Professor Emeritus Kai Saks from the University of Tartu.

Opponents are Associate Professor Ruth Bartlett from the University of Southsampton and Professor Jean Pierre Wilken from the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
