BIP project: "Interdisciplinary body."
The BFM choreography held in cooperation with the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) project "Interdisciplinary body."

The goal of the ten-day project was to bring together master's students of various creative fields from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Italy so that they could discover the possibilities of interdisciplinary cooperation and find new creative points of contact. The participants came from seven universities, including Tallinn University BFM choreography master's students.
During the collaborative project, the students were able to participate in various movement sessions and experience different creative practices, which were guided by famous choreographers and instructors, including Külli Roosna, Kenneth Flak and Oksana Tralla from Estonia, Ilze Zirina from Latvia, Marco Valarino from Rome, and Andrius Katinas and Olga Zitluhina from Lithuania. In addition, project participants could listen to presentations by representatives of various fields and participate in master classes. Among the speakers and workshop leaders were Priit and Olga Pärn, Kristjan Suits, Ursula Goldstein, Hendrik Kaljujärv, Keithy Kuuspu from Estonia and Giacomo Satoru Quintili from Rome and Greta Grineviciute from Lithuania.
As part of the program, students were also able to visit well-known institutions promoting Estonian performing arts, such as Kanuti Gildi SAAL, STL (Independent Dance Stage), Elektron and Fotografiska.
The project culminates in four group works that focus on themes of interdisciplinarity and express each group's unique artistic approach to these issues. In addition to creative work, group dynamics and students' own creative methods and artistic choices are also analyzed. The "interdisciplinary body" BIP was led by Oksana Tralla, associate professor of dance art at TU BFM and head of choreography curricula.
The whole project culminates with a public sharing on October 30 at 18:00 in the Vita house of BFM of Tallinn University, where those interested can take part in the students' creative experiments and their artistic discoveries. The event is free for everyone.
