allinn University is celebrating a very special anniversary this year - we started with continuous training of teachers 100 years ago. This has provided the basis for both the educational innovation as well as the promoter of intelligent lifestyle.
One of the highlights of the anniversary’s year is the ceremony of Tallinn University’s Day on 18th March 2019.
At 12pm, the President of the Republic of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid, Rector Prof Tiit Land and Mr Ilmar Tomusk as the representative of alumni will hold a speech. Recognition of outstanding alumni of the century, the laureates of the Tallinn University Literature Prize and letters of appreciation will be handed over by the Rector.
Tallinn University Men's Choir and alumni Kalle Sepp and Mikk Tammepõld will perform.
The ceremony will be led by Meelis Kompus, a graduate of Tallinn University.
