Registration form for Tallinn University Orientation Week vaccine applicants

Tallinn University collects data on vaccine applicants through the registration form in order to inform applicants of the possibility of vaccination. Registration is also needed to see the number of people who want the vaccine by day. This way we get an overview of the days on which it is necessary to order a vaccine ambulance to the university. This is important because there must be at least ten people who want the vaccine to call the vaccine ambulance.
