On June 14th,  The President of the International Association of Human-Animal Interactions Organizations visited University of Tallinn (Estonia).

President of International Association of Human-Animal Interactions Organizations (IAHAIO) and rector of Tallinn University (TU) signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at defining academic and research cooperation for future cooperation between the parties.

The signing took place in the beginning of One Health, One Welfare – the Importance of Research, Education, and Cooperation seminar, with was held in Tallinn University.

In the meeting, both sides discussed possibilities of strengthening cooperation between parties as well as establishing new initiatives for further promotion of studies in the field of human-animal interactions: development and use of academic literature, development of professional standards, research projects and training programs.

According to Memorandum of Understanding, both parties considering their competencies, establish and express their readiness for mutual cooperation to develop courses in human- animal interactions for vulnerable groups.
