May is the Health Orientation Month

At Tallinn University, May is the month of physical activity. This year, all students and employees can take part in three different competitions of the Health Orientation Month.

Health Orientation Month

Tallinn University is a promoter of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and invites all employees and students to participate in the Health Orientation Month. The aim of the  month is to increase daily activity and move more in the fresh air in May. In addition, spend some calories!

To participate in the movement month, you need a smartphone or activity monitor, which allows you to record the collected kilometers.

Participants can choose between three different competitions:

TLÜ jooksuhunt (running);
TLÜ rattahunt (cycling);
TLÜ uithunt (walking).

PS! Your physical condition significantly affects your emotional and mental well-being! Therefore, it is recommended to exercise actively for at least 30 minutes a day. After moving in the fresh air, good feeling is guaranteed!
