1. TLU is obliged to transfer the credits the student has obtained with their traineeship into their curricula at Tallinn University based on the submitted Learning Agreement (after mobility) and the submitted application for traineeships.

2. In order to transfer the courses to TLU and get them recognized as part of the student's Study Programme, the student submits Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application in ÕIS (NB! The RPL has been registered in ÕIS when the student starts exchange studies. Thus, the student has to fill in previously compiled application in ÕIS and shall not compile a new application. (In ÕIS: Documents > Applications > RPL-Non-TU course.). The application in ÕIS should be accompanied by the copy of the Learning Agreement after mobility and the application submitted when applying for the Erasmus+ scholarship. In order to transfer the traineeship the student has to enter the traineeship organisation by hand accompanied with the country the traineeship was carried out at (i.e. Erasmus traineeship in Latvia). For the country European Union has to be chosen.

3. All students studying on TLU English language programmes who obtain at least 15 ECTS worth of credits per semester with the traineeship, transfer these back to TLU, and get these recognized as fulfilling their TLU Study Programmes, will be granted the official extension of the nominal study-period by the number(s) of semester(s) they were abroad for their traineeship (however they need to pay the tuition fee to TLU for such semester(s). In order to receive the extension, the application for transferring ECTS credits should be done in ÕIS at least a month before intermediate week of the semester.

4. The traineeship abroad shall be counted as passed (P) in the ÕIS system.
