Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Master’s Program in Communication Management

Masters students in Communication Management celebrated the 10th anniversary of the program on Thursday, November 30, with master's thesis presentations.

Communication Management 10th anniversary

The English-language Communication Management program was established in 2013 with the goal of advancing the boundaries of Estonian communication science. Since then, it has started to attract international students with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

This year, to mark the 10th anniversary with academic accomplishments, students decided to organize an evening of thesis presentations. Some of them will defend their theses as early as January 2024. Two alumni from the intake in 2019, Kelechi Evans Anusionwu and Angela Nkem Okocha, came to share their current professional experiences.

Although the topics presented were diverse, they were often influenced by the principles of the Intercultural Communication approach. This brings a lot of satisfaction because the field of Intercultural Communication is highly significant for Tallinn University as an educational institution. Tallinn University Baltic Film, Media, and Arts School is now accepting candidates for the new intake of Communication Management, starting in January 2024. Learn more here.
