Chinese cooking club and tea culture workshops
The Confucius Institute at Tallinn University offers practical workshops introducing Chinese cuisine and tea culture.
Cooking workshops are led by a Chinese chef, with interpretation into Estonian and English. Participants learn about ingredients and cooking techniques, prepare dishes under the chef’s guidance and receive recipes to take home.
Tea culture workshops are led by Chinese tea master Zhuoya Wu, who introduces different varieties of Chinese tea, their history and preparation methods, as well as traditional tea-drinking etiquette.
P.S. We send out a newsletter about our Chinese culture workshops and courses every two months. To subscribe, please email konfutsiuseinstituut@tlu.ee.
