TeKo Dormitory

Address: Lastekodu Street 13, 10113 Tallinn. 5-10 minutes from the city centre by tram no2 or no4 and 20 minutes 
from the Tallinn University on foot. The Maxima X, Grossi supermarkets and the nearest bus or tram stops are about 
50-100 meters away.

NB! There are limited number of places available in the dormitory.

Rooms: Shared twin or triple rooms – desks, wardrobes, chairs. Size of double the room: 12 m², size of the triple room is 16 m². WC, bathroom and kitchen are shared in corridor. Laundry room is on the first floor – washing machine, drying machine, ironing board and iron. There is a laundry charge: 5kg of washing costs 2 €.

Kitchen: kettle, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridges. (kitchen utensils are not included). Each student is responsible for keeping the kitchen in order.

Rent: The accommodation will be reserved for you for a fixed period. Monthly rent per person in a shared twin room is 150 EUR. Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity, heating, cleaning the rooms once a week, bed linen and towels (changed once in two weeks), Internet access: wi-fi is free. Rent is payable in cash only on arrival.

Booking a place: After you have been officially accepted to Tallinn University, you will receive the housing offer by e-mail, if places are available in the dormitory.

Accommodation calendar:

Moving in and contract: Please inform the dormitory about your arrival date and time (opilaskodu@teeninduskool.ee).

Moving out: Please inform dormitory administration one month before you plan to move out by e-mailing to opilaskodu@teeninduskool.ee.
