Erasmus+ Short-term Mobility
Application for a Short-Term Mobility in the 2026/27 Academic Year
Submit your application for participation in a short-term mobility in the SoleMove system by the following deadlines:
| Deadline | Earliest start of the mobility |
|---|---|
| 1 May (during the spring semester of the previous academic year) | 15 June |
| 1 October | 15 December |
| 1 December | 15 January |
| 1 February | 15 March |
Applications will be processed and grant decisions will be made only after the respective deadline has passed. Applications are not accepted or processed on a rolling basis.
Applications submitted by 1 May will be given priority in the allocation of funding. Applications submitted at later deadlines will receive funding only if there are remaining funds available in the budget.
