The challenge is simple: take at least 7,000 steps every day and collect points – with just 21 points, you’ll be entered into prize draws featuring exciting rewards
!Regular physical activity is not only important for feeling good – even moderate daily movement helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, supports mental health, and improves concentration and sleep.
In addition, a variety of exciting extra challenges and group events await you, from orienteering to cycling trips, along with several prize draws where everyone has a chance to win great prizes.
