Teele-Triin Klimov

Teele-Triin Klimov is a special education teacher-consultant and Junior Research Fellow at Tallinn University, whose work focuses on inclusive education and the organisation of support services in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and later specialised in special education, completing a Bachelor’s examination in Special Education and earning a Master’s degree in Special Education. She has previously worked as a preschool teacher and head of studies and currently works as a special education teacher and Support Services Coordinator in a preschool.

Since 2024, she has worked at Tallinn University as a Visiting Lecturer in Inclusive Education within the Teachers’ Academy, and since 2026 as a Junior Research Fellow. Her research focuses on the role and competencies of Support Services Coordinators in Estonian preschools.
