Introduction
I have been actively involved in the field of early childhood education for over 20 years. During this time, I have worked as a teacher, vice principal for academic affairs, lecturer, and trainer. I studied early childhood pedagogy at Tallinn University, completing my BA studies in 2006, and obtained a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Counseling in 2010. I am currently continuing my studies at the doctoral level. I have worked as a lecturer at Tallinn Pedagogical Seminar and at Tallinn University, and since 2021 I have been the curator of the BA curriculum in Early Childhood Education.
My research interests focus on early childhood education curricula, teaching and educational activities, and various topics related to learning environments. I teach undergraduate students, and my main courses include “Preschool Pedagogy and Play” and “Nature Studies and the Didactics of Nature”, as well as research seminars and the supervision of pedagogical practice.
