Why?

War is devastating and the enormity of the impact almost too great to comprehend. The loss of life, livelihoods, homes and the long-term psychological harm will affect generations. War not only disrupts the development of the social and economic fabric of the nation it also destroys communities and families and has displaced millions of people, and many unaccompanied minors.

Who?

1. Organised by Social Entrepreneurship MA students at Tallinn University.

2. Everyone is welcome to participate as an individual (to join a team) or come as a formed team.

When?

Join “Hack social issues 2022” pre-event on 13th of May 2022 and main event on 10-11th of June 2022.

Hack Social issues 2022 is oragnized as a part of the project “Kick-starting the nascent social finance market in Estonia” (SoFiMa) with the goal to achieve cooperation between various sectors and stakeholders in developing the current situation of social entrepreneurship in Estonia. The project is co-financed by the European Commission through the Employment and Social Innovation “EaSI” 2014-2020 programme – Actions to boost the development of finance markets for social enterprises.
